At Morocco Basket, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers, both in Morocco and internationally. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with our return policy.

Return Period

Items can be returned within one week from the date of receipt of your order.

Condition of Items

Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

Proof of Purchase

Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Prepare Your Return

Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories,  and documentation that were shipped with the product.

Ship Your Return

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Use a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the cardholder's account. Please note that the initial shipping costs will be deducted from the initial price.

 Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

International Returns

For international returns, please note that customs fees and other return-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
